Multi-Layer Compound Architecture
Industrial-grade air springs require a dual-layer compound matrix. The exterior layer utilizes ozone-stabilized chloroprene rubber (CR), engineered to prevent dry-rotting, micro-cracking, and oil contamination caused by engine blow-by or hydraulic mist. The inner liner features high-elasticity natural rubber (NR) compounded with carbon black reinforcement, minimizing internal friction and air permeability down to temperatures of -45°C during sub-zero Arctic linehauls.
